Synergy Cryogenics is the North American Distributor of Sumitomo Heavy Industries (SHI) line of Marathon Cryogenic Pumps and Compressors. We are a division of Synergy Systems Corporation.
Our Total System Support® team supports Oxford-Trillium systems and Brooks-CTI systems in addition to our line of Sumitomo pump and Compressor systems.
- Oxford-Trillium systems and Brooks-CTI systems are serviced by Synergy Cryogenics in Montrose, CO.
- Sumitomo systems are serviced at the Sumitomo Corporation America Inc. (SCAI)-Synergy Cryogenics facility in Allentown, PA.
Turnaround time:
Brooks-CTI Cryopumps with On-Board: Service turnaround time is typically 12 to 18 work days after receipt of goods. Expedited services are available at additional cost.
Oxford-Trillium Cryopumps: Service turnaround time is typically 10 to 15 work days after receipt of goods. Expedited services are available at additional cost.
Sumitomo Marathon Cryopumps: Service turnaround time is typically 10 to 15 working days after receipt of goods. Expedited services are available at additional cost.
