Biography: Rick Martin - CEO

Rick has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and worked 24 years at a German based machine company (When was the last time you heard of someone working 24 years at the same company?). Over that time he held roles from applications engineering, inside sales, product and engineering management, sales management, and CEO of a U.S. subsidiary.
Rick brings the management experience and his customer-based business philosophy to Pascal Technology, and has been the company President and owner since January 2011.

Rick lives in Fredericksburg, VA., where he tries to waste as much time as possible with tennis and golf, while involving himself in the local community.
