Gamma's Tall Profile Ion Pumps orient the pumping elements horizontally inside the body of the ion pump. The height of these pumps vary with the pumping speed, but the width remains consistently below 10in (250mm). Each of these pumps can be configured with additional ports either on the opposite end, or on the side of the pump body. This enables easy addition of a TSP or NEG, and also allows alternative orientation on a UHV system.
