Replacement quartz crystals for Ulvac and Sloan instruments film-thickness monitoring systems. With an AT style cut, these 5 MHz, 12.5mm diameter crystals are a direct replacement for your current sensor system and are specifically designed for low-temperature operations.
Additionally, these crystals undergo a stringent aesthetic quality control regime that checks for surface blemishes, chips or cracks in the quartz, as well as tight parameters for frequency and electrical resistance. All crystals are sold in packs of ten and are packaged in a clean-room compatible container.
